Subsidised viewing trips available from the UK At property4peanuts we understand that some clients want to actually view the area and potential properties before purchase. This is not a problem, and we offer subsidised viewing trips on a monthly basis.
Our organised viewing trips to DETROIT are from the UK and are generally over a weekend, departing from a London Airport on a Friday morning and returning on a Monday morning. The cost of a viewing trip to DETROIT, which includes flights, accommodation, and viewing / transfers, is only £495 pp. All we would require is 3-4 weeks notice, payment via a credit card or bank transfer, and proof of funds for your purchase would also be required. Places are limited so please give as much notice as possible. The £495 is refundable if you purchase a property via Property4peaunts. If you are not from the UK and would like to join the group in DETROIT then we can arrange this and we would offer a 500 USD discount / subsidy from any purchase after taking part in a viewing trip with us.
We also offer organised viewings in ATLANTA but you would be required to arrange your own flights and accommodation (we can recommend hotels). The designated viewing trip will last for 1 full day where you will be shown the sites of ATLANTA, the areas where we offer properties, and actual available stock. The day will be part of a group of around 10-12 people. Please ask for details of the next available trip. Proof of funds will be required. $500 is discounted off your purchase if you purchase after having joined us on a ATLANTA viewing trip.
As the FLORIDA area is so large and we sell property in many different areas across FLORIDA we do not have a designated organised viewing trip on a monthly basis. However, if you would like to view property in the FLORIDA area then we can certainly arrange meetings, appointments in the areas of interest. We would also be happy to recommend local hotels and we can put you in contact with our property management team who can show you round the local area.
