In addition to its tourism attraction, Arizona is tipped to become the U.S. leader in solar manufacturing and technology. Phoenix is the 6th most populous city in the United States with 1.4 million in inhabitants and its Metro area takes in over 4 million people. Companies like Amazon base important distribution and offices there.

The phoenix property market took a sharp dive in 2008 and we now view 2011 as a good time to invest, to take advantage of depressed prices that are bottoming out.

Buying process

Anyone can buy and there is no need to go to America – ever! We have clients from all over the world:

The purchasing steps are as follows. Please note, this schedule is for property needing renovation. For properties in a ready to go condition, balance payment is usually paid in one sum about a month after deposit is paid.

Reserve the property with a deposit of $2000 plus notary fee of $500. At this point a Preliminary Contract is signed.
Approximately 2 weeks later an instalment of 50% is due.
Approximately 2-4 weeks after that a 3rd instalment of 25% is due.
The final 25% is due when tenants have moved into the property.

The total sale process is approximately 8 weeks from start to finish. This can be shorter if property has already been refurbished. No need to travel to America to purchase.

All properties offered have gone through checks at a Title company to ensure no liens or other debts. Property transfer cost only $800 in Detroit , $1000 in Phoenix and $1200 in Atlanta.

After the carnage of the past few years, the American property market is starting to pick itself off the floor. Of course, one can't generalise too much with a country the size of the US and it's our job to identify the places that offer the very best value.

But generally, prices are now rising up from the floor and there's a window of opportunity in 2011 to 2012 to secure bargain property. Just sit on the property, or improve and rent out. Either way, there should be very worthwhile gains as the market stabilises.
