How to buy your bargain property

This covers deposit of $1700 on purchase price and $800 pre-payment of all legal fees.

This payment is fully refundable if we can't provide you with a house of similar quality and value typical of our site within 6 weeks.

After paying this deposit, we'll soon send you a prospective property. If you don't like it, we can send you another example.  Usually, clients are more than happy with what they are offered.

Once you have accepted the property offered, we then proceed with the sale process.

And we organise refurbishment of the property. It is sold “up to code”, that is, ready to rent. Plus we synchronise our building works with our rental management service www.detroitcityproperty.com so you have minimum or none rental void. This is the key to getting immediate income on your investment.

Time from payment of $2500 Deposit to sale completion: about 6 weeks.
